Since so many of my clients come to me through hearing my Business Pathfinder podcast or from referrals from my current clients, I don’t usually offer intro sessions. If you’d like to get a sense of my coaching style and hear me coach actual clients, I recommend you listen to my Business Pathfinder Podcast. There you’ll hear me work with many different types of business owners struggling with a variety of issues.

After listening to the podcast episodes, if you still feel like you need an intro session before scheduling with me, I’m happy to provide a 20-minute consult for you! Over 20 years. I coached my first business owner in 2000 and since then I have coached thousands of business owners from all over the world.

Most topics related to business and personal growth are in my wheelhouse! Just some of the topics include how to start a business, steps to hiring and training the right staff members, how to create a successful six- or seven-figure business, what types of services or products to offer and how to price those services and products, effective marketing techniques, cash flow issues, how to set up a business in multiple cities or states, preparing the business for sale and much more.

I also enjoy helping business owners with the human condition around running a business: support if a crisis occurs within the business, time management issues and how to get laser-focused, communication difficulties and relational issues between business owner, staff and clients, fears around hiring and expanding, burnout recovery, isolation issues that may arise out of being self-employed and not working face-to-face with people, how to expand the business gracefully and move though blocks and difficult feelings that may arise when you have more time and make more money. Creating a successful business may require working through fears and hidden beliefs around being wealthy or having business that thrives.

It depends on your question, challenge or business issue, and it really is up to you how long you decide to work with me. I can work with you for a one-time, quick-fire session or every week for a year or two; the ball is in your court.

I require at least 5 days (120 hours) to cancel or reschedule your coaching sessions and 30 days to cancel or reschedule your VIP Coaching Day. My coaching schedule is very full and people with business and life concerns often contact me for last minute assistance. Late cancellations or missed appointments don’t allow me to help someone in need. There are no refunds for late cancels or reschedules for missed appointments.

I don’t offer email support as part of my coaching. Due to my commitment to having a balanced life (in both work and my personal life), I only work with coaching clients within scheduled coaching sessions.

Through my coaching, words, and actions, I am committed to helping my clients learn to set the boundaries necessary to become successful and empowered business owners. I practice what I preach and enjoy modeling a healthy respect and care for my time and life energy.

I’ve helped thousands of experienced business owners from around the world who felt stuck, burned out or who had reached a ‘money plateau’ in their business and are now making more money than they ever thought possible. Many of my long-time business owners would tell you they also have a lot more time and energy because of the coaching sessions and action steps they received from me!

If you are just starting out, you can learn how to create and launch a successful business from the very beginning (no need to reinvent the wheel). If you have been in business for many years and find yourself feeling overwhelmed or need to put out a lot of fires within the business, you can gain tools and knowledge to help you run your business more effectively (and in a sane way!) If you feel consumed by your business day and night, you can learn how to have a healthy relationship with your business, as well as a balanced personal life.

I don’t proclaim to have all the answers, but after running a few businesses myself and working with many business owners for the last 30+ years, it’s rare for me to be on the receiving end of a question, challenge or business issue that I haven’t either experienced myself or helped a coaching client navigate.
