My Story
I started my first business three decades ago and grew it to be one of the largest in its industry in California.
A few years in, it got to the stage where I was a successful business owner in the eyes of many people around me, but I was not successful in my own eyes.
I was, in fact, suffering from crippling burnout from all the hours I was working. Some months I did not make enough money while other months were hugely profitable. I decided to dedicate one year to get out of the feast or famine mode and make significant changes in the way I operated my business. I gave myself 365 days to create both a prosperous business and a rich personal life or I would sell or walk away from the business.
