This episode is the first part of my session with Gabrielle.

Gabrielle is a business owner recovering from a hysterectomy and now that her healing is nearly done, she wants to be able to create a more financially lucrative business.

She has two businesses that work very well together; she has a dog treat business and an overnight pet sitting business.

Gabrielle has sold her treats to her overnight pet sitting clients, but she’d like to expand the treat business beyond her own pet owner clients. She wants to get her dog treats into local stores and she’s not sure how to do that or where to start her with her business expansion.

When Gabrielle isn’t providing overnight pet sitting to her clients, she lives at her parent’s house. Moving into her own house is part of her motivation to make more money in her businesses.

How is Gabrielle doing now? Here’s an update from Gabrielle in her own words:

“After talking with Kristin and really working through what this business means to me and how I want to see it grow, I got crystal clear on what I need to be spending my time on. I’m in the process of hiring on someone to work my pet sitting jobs so that I’m able to dedicate more time working ON the business not IN the business.

I feel more prepared than ever to really make room for God to move through me and others with Treat Yo Pets! I am now selling my dog treats in two local stores and a third on the way! I’m testing new recipes and I’m even pricing out resources I need to put together a subscription box (which my current customers and SUPER excited about.) I know that this business will be a tremendous resource and benefit to local pet parents and beyond in the near future!”
