Today’s coaching session is with Adam, a money coach in Oakland, California.

Adam wants to learn how to post on Facebook and other social media platforms in a way that not only gets him clients but is also an authentic expression of who he is as a business owner and transparent human being.

Like a lot of conscious business owners, Adam has a challenging time with the word ‘brand’. He is having a hard time getting clear about his message, because he’s not wounded healer when it comes to his work; he’s had a pretty easy time with money his whole adult life.

This coaching session with Adam covers a wide variety of topics that you may be able to relate to, including how to tap into authenticity and inspiration when it comes to posting on social media, finding and doing morning actions to create a more balanced life and a solid foundation for the rest of the day, plus a lot more.

How is Adam doing now? Here’s an update:

“Hi Kristin, you recommended morning pages for me, and I did that for a few weeks, which was nice… but then a few months ago, I found myself re-inspired and then committed to morning pages, and I’ve been doing them every day for months now. So, thank you for that!

The other big update is that I hired a social media guide/coach/assistant. She’s 22 and has been a godsend for me. We meet weekly, talk about my work, and craft posts. She’s a great listener and writer, she edits video and audio, she makes graphics. I’ve been thrilled. So having a consistent weekly meeting with her has made a huge difference in my willingness to post on Facebook. With her help and guidance, I’ve also started posting on Instagram, including getting quite a few videos up of me talking about my work! How about that!

Last year was slow for me business-wise, but last month I had the best month I’ve ever had. I started committing to offering weekly sessions with clients, as opposed to occasional. I’m showing up very differently and loving the results!”
