“The bootcamp helped me realize I needed to stop being scared to charge more! I also realized how to be an “owner” versus the manager of my business and how setting aside the time each day for these activities did a lot of the background work to grow the business while I had someone manage 2-4 days/week. The bootcamp helped me make time for myself to do something I had been previously putting off (in both my work and personal life!). What if I feel overwhelmed by my business or my busy personal life (or both)? Will this bootcamp help me feel less overwhelmed?
Yes, this can help! The bootcamp can help you create better work/life balance and in fact, one of the facets of the bootcamp is daily self-care, so you’ll be getting a “permission slip” to give yourself what you may need to get back in balance. Yes, the bootcamp will be a bit of work but it’s also a vehicle to help restore a sense balance to your life – or create a sense of balance if you haven’t experienced the feeling of balance in awhile. 😉
The first few days of the bootcamp may cause you to feel like you’re doing more work, but within a few days you’ll likely get into a comfortable groove and become aware of how much ‘busy work’ you usually do that actually doesn’t result in pushing the needle forward when it comes to what matters most to you and your business. Also, you may become aware of where your time is going (including unhealthy ways like endless scrolling) because you’ll get more adept at managing your time by attending the bootcamp.
Also, you’ll be given a simple (super simple!) worksheet that’s called a “Balance Wheel” . This will help you identify where your time and energy are currently going vs. where you want your time and energy to go. It will take you 10-15 minutes to fill it out and what you discover will be part of what will help guide you to make empowering changes during the 28 days. Prepare to be amazed at where you and your business are at the end of the bootcamp!
Is the 28-day bootcamp online? Can I attend no matter where in the world I live?
Yes, the 28-day bootcamp is online and business owners from all over the world are attending. The only portion of the bootcamp not online is the short daily phone call you’ll have with one of your teammates each day.
If you or the team member you’re checking in with are outside of your home country, you can simply send each other an email check in by recording a voice memo or schedule a short daily Zoom call to check with each other that way.
However, if your teammate to call that week is within your country, do call them and either check-in by leaving them a phone message or live if they answer your call.
The important part of the check-in calls is that you use your voice to check in, not type a check-in! 😉
(As the bootcamp progresses, you’ll understand why this is so helpful. Many bootcamp attendees find these phone calls comforting even if they usually dislike talking on the phone.)
What if I’m a man and I want to attend the bootcamp?
This bootcamp is only for women, or those who identify as women. If that’s you, you’re welcome to attend!
I’m a guy and I’m disappointed I can’t attend this bootcamp. Will you be creating a co-ed bootcamp in the future?
I might and, if you’re on my email list or we’re connected on social media, you’ll be among the first to find out if I do!
Why is the first date of the bootcamp so important?
What if I signed up thinking I could participate in the bootcamp, but it turns out I can’t attend the important first meeting?
Since the cohort matching happens on that day, you’ll be unable to get matched with teammates for the bootcamp. However, you will receive the the class recording so you use the information to do the bootcamp on your own.
I’ve signed up but realize I can’t attend the bootcamp. Can you give me a refund or can I use this sign up to attend a future bootcamp instead of this one?
How much time should I block off on my calendar for the February 1, 2024 class date?
Please allow up to 2.5 hours in your schedule to attend. The live online class date may only be 2 hours but in case the class goes over 2 hours, this way you’ll have that time blocked off in your calendar.
Are there other mandatory class dates after the initial February 1, 2024 date?
February 1 at 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern is the only mandatory class meeting – that’s where you’ll learn how to do the bootcamp and you’ll get matched with your teammates that day too.
There will be three Zoom meetings in total – one is the initial class meeting on February 1 and there are two optional additional class dates, if you’d like to attend. I hope you will as I’d love to see you!
The first optional Zoom meeting date is Monday, February 5 at 4pm Pacific / 7pm Eastern. This is to answer any questions you may have about the bootcamp and for you to have the opportunity to share how it’s going for you so far and hear from others as well. The recording for this meeting will be available for all bootcamp participants if you aren’t able to attend live – but I hope you will be – I’d love to see you there live!
The second optional meeting date is a few days after the bootcamp ends. This final meeting is on Friday, March 1 at 4pm Pacific / 7pm Eastern for up to 1.5 hours. If you can’t attend, the recording will be available for all bootcamp participants. This class will announce the winning bootcamp team (woo hoo!). You’ll also have an opportunity to share your bootcamp victories with me and the other bootcamp participants.
How do I prepare for the 28-day bootcamp?
You’ll be sent all the details a few days before the class starts and there’s not much preparation needed! You’ll get all the details you need before the mandatory first class date.
Can you tell me what a typical day of this 28-day course looks like?
Sure! The five facets of the 28-Day Bootcamp are:
- CONNECT: Reach out daily to one of your team members every day and one will also be reaching out to you. Create accountability by speaking your actions to your team members. Give and get support from fellow business owners. (2-5 minutes a day)
- EARN: Do daily income-producing activities to turn your dream of creating a more profitable business into a reality. (10 minutes a day)
- TRACK: Get out of financial vagueness by cultivating a powerful habit of daily tracking of income streams and business and personal expenses to create mind-blowing clarity. Discover which income streams are truly profitable for you, what expenses are draining your reserves and where your money is truly going. (10 minutes a day)
- SELF-CARE: Experience renewal and inner nourishment by including the habit of self-care each day alongside business and personal actions. (10 minutes a day)
- GIVE: Discover the life-giving energy that comes from taking focus off yourself for a few minutes each day and put it on someone else who can use your support, assistance or care. (1-5 minutes a day)
What is the time requirement for this bootcamp each day?
How many teammates will be in my cohort group?
You’ll get matched with 2-4 other people and that will be your accountability team for the 28 days!
How do I get matched with my cohorts?
It happens automatically and randomly in the breakout room the day of the first class. Most find they get matched with exactly who they need to get matched with – even if it doesn’t seem that way at first! Trust the process, darling – be open to what the matching may reveal during the 28 days. 😉
What if I have a friend who will be attending the bootcamp. Can I get matched specifically with them?
The matching happens randomly so it’s not likely that you’ll get matched with them, unless by chance.
Kristin and her team recommend that you trust the random matching process.
You may find the people in your group are not who you would have chosen if you’d had the opportunity to personally choose your teammates but often the group members end up being exactly what is needed for each group member!
You may not feel that at the beginning of the bootcamp but keep an open mind (and heart) and see if your perspective about your team members changes during the bootcamp…
What happens if some of my teammates drop out of the group during the 28 days?
Unfortunately, we can’t force your teammates to be committed to the process. It’s rare that this happens but sometimes it does. In this case, your group simply gets smaller. It may mean that your rotation of who you call and who calls you changes but your team captain will reorganize that if need be.
If I choose to be a team captain of my cohort group, what are the requirements/duties and what are the benefits?
Three requirements (all are quick and easy!)
1) You’ll be responsible for sending out the group email and phone list and organizing who will call who each week.
2) You’ll be responsible for collecting the scores each week before Sunday at 5pm Pacific and emailing it to Kristin and the bootcamp team.
3) If the team changes for any reason (someone drops out, or otherwise gets rearranged), you’ll need to let your teammates know and give them the updated phone/email list.
There are MANY benefits if you choose to become a team captain. Some of the benefits may include: increasing your leadership skills, knowing the group’s weekly score before anyone else and being able to gently encourage your teammates to get a higher score the following week, plus an increased capacity to organize and, if needed, to delegate.
Plus a lot more gifts may reveal themselves during your time of team captain.
One of you in the cohort group does need to volunteer to be team captain, so if you’d like to nominate yourself, speak up quickly in your breakout room when you get matched with your teammates.
Use this as an opportunity to say YES to being a leader, badass lady!
Is there a prize if my team scores the highest score at the end of the 28 days?
Y E S !
You’ll get complimentary attendance to the next 28-day bootcamp! (This is non-transferrable to someone else and another bootcamp beyond the immediate next one.)

Can I change my tasks each day or week?
No. Part of why this is a bootcamp is so empowering (and can have a lasting impact) is that having a set task to do each day helps harness your commitment and focus.
For example, for your self-care action, choosing the one that will make the biggest difference in your life, and have it one that you’re not currently doing. (For example, if you exercise regularly, you’ll want to choose a self-care action that’s not exercise.)
That being said, the “giving” task can change in terms of what you do each day though the 28-day consistency theme will be you seeing a need and acting on it in a way that will help another.
That other person can be someone you already know or a stranger. Ideally you’re helping a different person in a very small way (or in a big way, if you prefer) each day.
What are some examples of a self-care action that I can choose from?
Whatever will make the biggest difference in your life that you’d like to cultivate as a regular, ongoing self-care habit is a good choice!
For example: if you don’t exercise regularly then deciding to go on a daily walk or to yoga or the gym every day could be a great choice!
Or, if you’re someone who has a hard time relaxing after work or finds yourself only being able to decompress by watching Netflix, scrolling on your phone or drinking a glass of wine, then choosing a healthier relaxing activity could be a good self-care choice for you.
For example: you may want to consider a self-care action like enjoying reading a novel, taking a short nap every afternoon, putting yourself to bed at a certain time every night, drinking a mug of tea while sitting quietly or meditating.
What are some examples of "giving" that I can choose from?
It can be anything you choose! It could be purchasing a coffee for the person behind you at a coffee shop. It could be asking your sick neighbor if they’d like you to a grocery run. It could be as simple as letting someone merge into your driving lane when you’re late for an appointment and would rather not take the time to let them get in front of you. It may be calling a friend or family member who is going through a challenging time and could use some compassionate listening.
Also, your gift or act of kindness does not ever need to cost money!
It may be an act of service you decide to do spontaneously, in the moment, as you see a need arise and that then becomes your gift for the day.
Whatever you do or give that is an act of generosity on your part counts and will likely have a positive impact, for the other person and for you too.
